Unplugged Coding Activity:Drawing Pictures with conditions (Nihal YEŞİLBAŞ OĞUZ GÜLLÜK PRIMARSY SCHOOL MUĞLA/TURKEY)

  If the occurrence of any event in coding is dependent on a condition, the if-else decision structure is used. In order for the students to understand the conditions, the song "Are you happy" was listened first. The students have been told the conditions and we are now ready to draw their pictures according to the conditions.

Conditions

First conditions:

• If you had breakfast, draw a sun in the upper right corner of the paper.
• If you haven't had breakfast, draw a sun in the center of the paper.

Second conditions:

• If you like sports, draw a camping tent on your paper.
• If you don't like sports, draw a house on your paper.

Third condition

• If you're going somewhere today, draw mountains on your paper.
• If you're not going anywhere today, draw your way on your paper.

Fourth condition

• If you have a pet, draw birds flying on your paper.
• If you don't have a pet, draw a kite in the sky.
